About Varient B AI | Our Italian Story in Pune

About Us

Varient B AI began with a simple dream: to bring the warmth of traditional Italian kitchens to the heart of Pune. We wanted to create a space where handcrafted pastas, wood-fired classics, and comforting dishes could transport our guests to the cozy trattorias of Italy, all while feeling like home. Every recipe we serve has been passed down through generations, carrying with it the stories, traditions, and love of the families who created them.
